Forum language

I just wanted to suggest if it would be possible to change the forum language to English across the whole site? I see that parts of it are in this other language (no idea which one) and it kinda... bothers me...
It just comes off as a bit "sloppy" that the whole site is not consequent. It also might be a turn-off for potential new members. I do admit it was one of the reasons I didn't instantly join and become active when IG closed.

Thank you so much to let us know about that!
To be honest, I was totally unaware. I've set the forum to English and I had no idea there were parts in portuguese(yes, it is my mother language and I thought that only the private panel of the adminstration was in portuguese...). I will fix it right away, and again thanks for letting me know!
If you see any more problems with the forum, please let me know.

Can you tell me which parts of the forum are in portuguese?

Hmm, at least the info under your avatar when you post in the forums. Also in the "Members" tab the join date and message columns. When I go on the "Groups" tab the clickable option says "Usuários". Also several options in the "Edit profile" are in Portuguese.

I will start to correct the issue now.

Shiro, please try this:

Go to your Profile > Preferences > Forum's Language.
Then select English, and Save.

Let me know if that worked.

Now that's weird... I am not sure if something can be done.
I've been thinking moving EM to freeforums.org, but the problem is that there I will lose all the ability to customize the forum design, smileys etc.
I will try to see what I can do to correct the problem. Thank you for your help!
